Trader Joe and Joe Fresh open their first Canadian store in Edmonton, but the food chain is focusing on other markets.

The Edmonton branch opened this morning at 10 a.m. and is located at 824 N. 4th St. In the U.S., the chain is located in more than 40 states and Canada.

TJ Fresh and TJ Maxx are the biggest chains of the U, with more than 2,400 stores in the U., according to the Food and Drug Administration.

Both are part of the TJ Group.
