Police have arrested four men in connection with the shooting at the Indian supermarket Meijer on Sunday, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) said in a statement.
The three men were detained on Monday, according to NIA.
The accused were arrested at their homes in Chhattisgarh’s Ganga valley, according the statement.
Meijer is the third major Indian supermarket to be hit by a mass shooting in recent weeks.
Earlier, two people were killed and five injured in the attack at a retail outlet in Bangalore.
Two days earlier, a woman was shot dead by two men on a bus in Chennai.
In August, a young boy was fatally shot by a suspected gang member in a shooting in Meijar in Uttar Pradesh state.
