Costco is going all in for its superfood marketplaces.
The company is partnering with grocery stores across the country to allow shoppers to buy a wide variety of fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, meats and cheeses at discounted prices.

Costco says the new store, which will open in October, will allow shoppers in the city to buy groceries in bulk at the discount prices that shoppers typically pay for fresh and organic produce.
The store will have about 50,000 square feet of space, a majority of it dedicated to the Costco store.
In New York City, Costco has announced plans to open a grocery store at the Empire State Plaza hotel in midtown.
Costco will provide its own groceries, as well as a grocery delivery service.
The supermarket chain says it will expand its distribution network and focus on more urban markets.
Costco plans to use technology to track the sales of grocery products across its superstores.
Chevron is partnering up with Costco to offer groceries in select markets.
Chevron announced last week that it would begin offering grocery deliveries at the new Costco superstore.
Chevrons superstore will be located in the heart of Boston’s Chinatown, in a neighborhood that is increasingly popular with tourists and shoppers looking for convenient options to get to the Boston Marathon.
Coca-Cola has also partnered up with the superstore to offer a grocery pickup service.
The retailer is bringing its own food and beverages to Costco stores across North America, but Costco is the only supermarket in the U.S. to offer that service.
