Prep your cheese Blend: This is the first step to making vegan cheese, so we’ll talk about the blend first.
It can be anything from the stuff you make in the kitchen, to your favorite blend of spices and herbs.
We’ll start with our favorite blend: our favorite vegan cheese blend.
Wash your hands and pick up your blender: Blend your vegan cheese with a whisk and then add in a couple tablespoons of warm water and stir to combine.
Add in a tablespoon of your favorite non-dairy milk and stir it into the mixture to combine it with your vegan milk.
Add your favorite spices and herb blends to the mix, mixing well and adding a little more if necessary.
Pour the mixture into your cheese spread mold, then add a bit more of the vegan cheese mixture to the top of the cheese spread to seal it.
It should look something like this: We’ve done the whole process, but you may need to add a few tablespoons of vegan cheese powder and stir the blend until it’s well combined.
Put the spread into the fridge to let it set.
If you’ve already used your vegan butter to grease the sides of the spread, you can also skip this step.
If your spread has been sitting out for a few hours, it’s time to use it.
Fill it up with some vegan cheese and spread it into a pan.
Bake it for a couple of minutes at 375 degrees F. Remove the pan from the oven and transfer the spread to a plate.
