I’m a huge fan of Thai food, and the food is not to be missed in Thailand.
While I have a large collection of Thai recipes on my laptop, the most common ones I like are the ones that come from the phat supermarkets.
The Thai supermarkets are known for their cheap Thai products that are often cooked in soy sauce or tamarind sauce and served with crispy rice.
They often have some of the best bang for the buck when it comes to chicken or shrimp, so why wouldn’t you?
Phat supermarket recipes are a great way to spice up your meals and they also often come with an additional side of pickled vegetables.
For example, this chicken curry is served with pickled green onions and crispy rice, while the chicken curry dish at the phuong khao is also topped with pickles and Thai spices.
I love Thai food in a whole new way.
But, if you don’t want to be in the store anymore, you can always try my new book, Thai Cuisine: A Complete Guide to Making Everything From Your Own Food to Your Own Meal.
It’s a must-read for all Thai food lovers.
